Our reception staff can advise you of the cost of your initial appointment or consultation with us. Unfortunately, without examining your mouth, we are not able to quote for treatment, but once you have been examined, a full quote can be prepared and discussed with you.
We ask that all patients settle their account in full at the end of each appointment.
We accept Cash, Cheque, Eftpos, Credit Card and Hicaps.
Hicaps allows us to directly bill your health fund at the time of your treatment, so you will only be required to pay the ‘gap’ payment when you visit us. Please remember to bring your health fund card to each appointment.
All health funds offer different plans and rebates and we do not know what these are. However, we are able to provide you with details of the treatment you need before it is done, so you may check with your fund exactly how much they will rebate you for each service provided.
Medicare is now funding Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS), aimed to assist with the treatment of our littlest patients.
The CDBS, which commenced in January 2014, provides access to capped benefits of $1000 over 2 years for eligible children aged 2-17 years to receive basic dental services which include examinations, x-rays, scale and clean, fissure seals, fillings and extractions.
We bulk bill all eligible treatment up to the capped amount. Just present your Voucher and Medicare card to our receptionist and we will process the payment in our office and save you a trip to Medicare.
We offer all treatments that are available under the Veterans’ Affairs Schedule for our service men and women through the DVA. Eligible services will be bulk-billed.
If you are unable to attend your appointment please kindly inform us 24 hours in advance so that we may schedule a new time for you.
Often we become fully booked and an appointment that is missed or cancelled can be of great use to someone else waiting to see our dentist. Thank you for your consideration.
